Designation: Manager, KYC  Overview:   Operations Control team is a Global hub for Reconciliations & Trade Expense. The prime focus of the department is to control exposure to risk as a result of operational activities i.e..those performed by other departments globally. The team interacts across entities to mitigate risk & exposure within the organization.   Position specifications   Division : Operations Function : Operations Control   Corporate Title : Associate   Functional Title : Manager   Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:   Responsible for the day-to-day activities of reporting, exception monitoring and resolution   - Understanding of Middle office / Settlements and Trade life cycle processes for the products covered.   - Good understanding of IT infrastructure and Front office / Middle Office systems   - Extensive communication and liaising with the internal departments, Middle Offices and external counterparties.   - Resolution of escalated issues and quick turnaround of breaks and queries.   Key Skills:   8 - 10 years of KYC experience. Primary knowledge of US documentation and Enhanced Due Diligence & Investigations. Candidate must possess good analytical skills coupled with strong attention to details. Should have high degree of customer service skills and ability to connect very well with the regional stakeholders. Possess Good oral and written presentation skills. Should be comfortable to work in US shifts
