Job Description :

- Customer Relationship Ability to align with the organisation needs of the customer on a long term basis. Establish enduring relationships with the customer at various levels.

- Solutions & Service Oriented approach. Understanding of different products and solutions that can be offered and the ability to align them to the business and application requirements of the customer.

- Prepare & Monitor Business Plans, Have account wise plan for Business development, visibility to customer requirements well in advance and forecast business opportunities. Grow existing revenues as per AOP.

- Cross Functional Engagement work with different internal cross functional teams to deliver services and solutions, post sales issues like billing etc.

- Providing right Direction to team members.
