Establish enduring relationships with the customer at various levels.   - Customer Meetings at different levels specially at the CxO levels.  - Sr. management meetings with Customer.  - CRM Activities   Solutions & Service Oriented approach. Understanding of different products and solutions that can be offered and the ability to align them to the business and application requirements of the customer.   - Propose solutions along with BSG for customer needs.  - Product certification test for self and team members.  - Attend BSG training's wrt all products.  Prepare & Monitor Business Plans: Have account wise plan for Business development, visibility to customer requirements well in advance and forecast business opportunities. Grow existing revenues as per AOP.   - Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual targets.  - Gather relevant customer information & Update AD / AIS / STS and.  - Closely Monitor OB / Revenue figures against AOP- s, Have regular and planned review of the team members.  Cross Functional Engagement: work with different internal cross functional teams to deliver services and solutions, post sales issues like billing etc.   - Introduce cross functional teams to respective customer touch points.  - Monitor & review their deliverable s to customer.  - Provide necessary inputs to cross functional teams for them to function as per customer needs.  Providing right Direction to team members.  - Help team members in strategizing wrt accounts and providing right direct to achieve organization goals.  - Provide support to other functions to maximize the RMS in each line of business.  Major Challenges :   - Describe the major challenges you face in carrying out your job, and what you do in order to overcome them.  - Project implementations - Working with Factories and Project team to ensure the projects are delivered in desired time lines.  - Customer concerns - Ensuring that minimum impact on customer due to internal movements of account managers.  - Man Power - Inducted people from different function into new role of Account Manager.  Qualification : Engineering background, MBA/ PG preferred.   Location : Delhi .
