Job Role:
- Managing High Ticket Customers
- Management and mining of existing clients
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Boosting revenue generation through existing corporate clients
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in the field of HR services & solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Technology, Staffing, etc.)
- Analytical approach with respect to growth potential
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- Close co-ordination with all HODs to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery modules.
- Developing & maintaining good contacts with all CXO level people at customer’s end, to strengthen business roots and increase pocket share
- Part of the process improvement team operating through HO for redefining effective and profitable process.
CTQs:
- Qualification: B.tech/MBA (B.tech+MBA will be preferred)
- At least 6 years of working experience including minimum last 5 years relevant experience
- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
- Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the HR industry
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
