Lead the Information Technology and IT Infrastructure management

Implement & co-ordinate policies, procedures and control plans

Ensure security of data, network access and contingency plans. Preserve assets, information security & control structures.

Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality

Execute annual budget plans on IT spend and ensure cost effectiveness

Create project pipeline for IT enablement and work with Business & functional leaders for execution support. Drive initiative with APL IT.

Ensure alignment and prioritization with business objectives and initiatives help business owners make faster, smarter decisions. Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies

Regular tracking of Projects under execution along with cogent communication to all stake holders.

Regular Support and Maintenance of Projects that have been delivered to ensure any defects and incremental enhancements are redressed in a timely fashion.

Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from an accredited institution

At least 2 year experience in a managing Large no of Stakeholders

Sound understanding of User verticals & ERP tools

Knowledge of managing networks installation & administration

Management of IT projects, information analytics & trends in Hardware/ software systems

Understand business requirements and convert the same into written document for project scope finalization

Proven quantitative ability and a passion for enabling customers to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively lead and influence interactions with both business and technical teams.

High on Interpersonal Skills to influence BU & functional leaders ( Socially Active )

Ability to drive initiative on his/ her own clubbed with common Sense
