Manager - IT Strategy Consulting

Experience : IT Strategy & Performance (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Deliver IT strategy projects working closely with Partners and Directors / Associate Directors

- Create methodologies that define details of market approach and industry specific solutions to the marketplace

- Engagements will involve IT strategy & road map, value enhancement, portfolio management, sourcing, architecture, org. structure and program management

- Multi-task managing multiple projects and proposals at the same time

- Manage and mentor team members on project

- Lead proposals and manage delivery of multiple proposal and capability notes for clients and prospects

- Manage the client relationship and delivery of IT strategy projects for clients in multiple sectors. The ability to multi task effectively between delivery engagements and internal firm expectations such as knowledge management etc.

- Extensive travel - flexibility expected

Candidate profile :

- 8-10 years experience in managing IT strategy engagements

- Cross industry IT experience with least 8-10 strategy, architecture and program management engagements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to perform in relatively un-structured large firm environment

- Demonstrated thought leadership in the form of whitepapers, frameworks, study reports etc.

- On project experience with robust IT methodologies such as COBIT, ITIL etc.

- Must be comfortable facing CIO / CTO clients and their direct reports

- Must be able to own revenue targets

- Experience in Enterprise architecture, mobility, digital technology, Ecommerce technology platform deployment.
