Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client acquisitions; identifying, qualifying and closing new opportunities.
- Pro-active prospecting via cold calls, emails, industry conferences as primary sales channels.
- Would be responsible for positioning Contact Center Solutions (services/product/Solutions)
- Responsible for managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients.
- Mentoring the Business Development/Lead Generation team
- Exposure of working with Delivery teams and putting together response to RFPs and RFIs
- Go getter with excellent client-relationship skills.
