Description :
- Overall responsible for IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Up-time management of 99.95 % at Vizag delivery center
- Ensuring stability and availability of IT infrastructure components (Server / Network / Voice) to support a growing and dynamic business.
- Responsible for ensuring IT Service delivery and SLA's for multiple clients in line with contractual requirement
- Budget planning and running the IT within the same budget.
- Conceptualize CI projects and show efficiencies to reduce the cost of IT operations.
- Implementing specific IT support model for new clients being transitioned from different geographies
- Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements
- Responsible for implementing & managing IT Security requirements of the infrastructure based on client policies and internal standards
- Manage and ensure audit compliance with regulatory requirements customer regulations and policies
- Ensure continuous improvement in process and risk mitigation by implementing adequate risk control measures
- Develop and establish operating policies, internal controls and best practice approaches for computing and information technology systems / services.
- Managing service delivery for incident, problem and change management as per ITIL
- Ensuring technical excellence in service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and to minimize down time
- Own service delivery quality and responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment to clients on monthly basis.
- Work closely with internal / external customers to understand their needs and to translate these into technology solutions
- Perform Disaster recovery planning, training, documentation and testing
- Drive a culture of innovation within the team.
- Motivate, lead, and develop a team of diverse individuals with a variety of experience levels and skill sets consisting of server, voice and network administrators.
- Responsible for people development including ongoing training, skill building, deployment and career growth
- Providing leadership, management and technical direction to members of the IT Service delivery team.
