Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is support IT Projects for distribution vertical.

Division and Department: IT - Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting automotive processes through Dealer Management System (DMS) across all Africa entities in Africa

- Implementation of Dealer Management System (DMS) and coordination with DMS implementation and support partner

- Analyzing specific processes, proposing improvements, suggesting solutions

- Support senior leadership team with data and analytics

- Supports business process translation and development

- Responsible for the final quality of the product implementation

- Organizes project activities, anticipate project issues and ensure tasks are completed within project scope and budget

- Delivers trainings on DMS

- Responsible of the scope of IT/IC for the Africa operations, under the supervision of TIL IT

- Responsible to drive and manage the key aspect of the business, to achieve the maximum efficiency (value/speed vs cost) of the business and operation, by the implementation of state of the art IT tools

Responsible for the execution projects within approved budgets and with Quality/Cost/Delivery

Desired Profile:

- MS Incadea certification mandatory

- Distinct practical experience in the automotive industry and management of IT setup in a large and a multinational enterprise.

- Established knowledge in IT, latest technologies, network security as well as in Data Privacy

- Knowledge of processes in automobile industry or the related IT systems (DMS or Microsoft Dynamics CRM), experience in Navision finance module are preferred

Educational Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate with Business Administration - education in IT is beneficial

Relevant years of Experience:

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience for managing IT in a large and a multinational enterprise.

Competencies:

- Knowledge in Incadea DMS configuration rollout projects and having at least one full DMS cycle implementation in a large automotive industry with Dealer network.

- Knowledge in Automotive business processes for wholesale and retail

- Deep understanding of automotive dealership processes is highly desirable.

- Ability to explain complex technical & process information at user level as well as ability to present and discuss information on management level

- Excellent communication, analytical and research skills

- Intercultural awareness

- Functional leadership competencies and customer-orientation

- Precise target orientation and distinctive result orientation

- Strong networking and team based working skills
