Principal Duties And Responsibilities:   - Develop capabilities in terms of resources, knowledge assets, thought leadership / Point of views around AAOS Greenfield related services (IT Blueprint definition, Solution Design, Solution Implementation & Project Management / Business Readiness) that provide a competitive advantage to Accenture  - Lead team in responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), solution architect, etc for consulting proposals  - Liaise with Accenture internal stakeholders globally (Client Account Leads, Capability Leads, global SMEs, etc.) to plan and build capabilities in line with future client demand  - Responsible to ensure that the team is fruitfully engaged in either chargeable work with clients or supporting business development / asset development work  - Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital disruption opportunities for Resources clients through convergence of analytics & digital capability around plant worker, manufacturing operations & maintenance management  Qualifications:  - Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes)  - Discipline Chemical Engineering/ Process Engineering / Environmental Science  - MBA from Tier 1, Business School  Experience:   8 - 12 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following for greenfield projects:  - As part of IT Blueprint for Greenfield sites, define required capabilities, target state application landscape and architecture, Define IT strategy and governance, Define high level roadmap and provide preliminary cost estimation (+/- 30%),   - As part of Solution design, complete solution functional and integration design, complete software selection and complete planning and governance for implementation phase  - Overall system implementation of the solution including, visualization portal, integration layer, operations applications, supply chain management tools, asset Management, including: detailed design, build, test, training, deployment and post go live support  - Project Management and Quality Assurance to coordinate all the IT related initiatives and ensure business readiness from first day of operations  - Knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant standards, such as ISA 95, etc.  - In addition, also preferable to have experience in provision of application and infrastructure maintenance services, Engineering and configuration of plant automation and control applications, Design and definion of maintenance strategy, equipment criticality analysis, HSE policy definition and application configuration & Plant configuration assessment, economic studies, workforce planning and assessment for greenfield projects in the Resources industry  Key Competencies and Skills:  - Extensive experience and acquired skills working with a PMC (Project Management Consultant), EPCs, Licensors, MAC (Main Automation Contractor) or a SI (Systems Integrator) for large international greenfield projects providing automation services to clients in the Resources industry  - Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.   - Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.  - Should be open to travel in and outside the India  Roopshree 9891935440
