Manager - IT Business Analysis - BFSI

Subject: Immediate Hire - Manager

Job Description Details:

- Interaction with all the business users for requirement gathering

- Perform analysis on the requirement and take a decision on Change Request (CR) or can be fixed in current system

- Preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD) and User signoff

- Discussion/Interaction with the third party application vendor on BRD’s and closure of Understanding on the requirement and helps the vendor in preparing the Understanding Document (UD).

- Obtain user signoff on UD.

- Preparation of Test Data/Test Case/Acceptance Criteria to ensure quality deliverable.

- UAT and its implementation - Go Live

- Timely resolution and follow-up on development and delivery of the release

- Analysis on production issues & timely resolutions.

- Periodic gap analysis on the systems and discuss the business users on systems improvement

- Provide support to the entire stakeholder in order to sustain and increase the uses of the systems so that business initiatives are supported on timely manner

- Investigate, troubleshoot and provide domain support to all stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the course of development and implementation in timely manner, through interaction with various stakeholders.

Skills:

- Strengths in handling and building good repo with all the stakeholder and business user

- Effective communicator with good management skills & ability to relate to people at any level of management

Must Have:

- Business analysis skills & ability to understand business objectives and translate them into specific requirement.

Good to have:

- Flexible to stretch in pressure situation

Required Qualification: B.Tech (CS) /MCA , BSC- IT
