Job Description : Manager - IRB Implementation
Role & Responsibilities:
- Strong risk technology implementation experience with specific skill sets for business analysis
- The position requires good interpersonal and communication skills along with an ability to translate advanced analytical findings to business actions
- Independent and innovative thinking is desired
- The candidate should have good knowledge on Basel requirements and has worked in an IRB implementation engagement where he was responsible for doing business analysis for the technology implementation.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of software development life cycle and should have strong capabilities to write detailed functional specifications for various IRB related topics such as Asset Categorization, Client Segmentation etc.
- Knowledge of retail and non-retail portfolios.
- Candidate is expected to possess working knowledge and understanding of implementation of score card models for retail and non-retail portfolio
- Excellent working knowledge of MIS Visio and Project
- Good working knowledge of Moody's Risk Origins or any other rating system implementation will be an added advance.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office particularly excel and power point
- The candidate must be willing to travel within and outside India
Qualification: Post Graduate with specialization in Finance or CA with risk technology implementation experience over 7 years
