Job Name : Manager - Investor Grievance Cell and Arbitration  Organization : A Stock Exchange  Location : Chennai only  Qualification : MBA (Finance)  Experience : 9 - 12 yrs.  Desired Candidate profile:  - Must be from Chennai or nearby areas only.  - Customer Service head of a bank branch who has handled Grievance redressal, compliant management, Complaint escalations.  - Excellent in verbal and written communication - drafting skills.  Job Description :   - To oversee the complaint redressal process to ensure smooth functioning & adherence to TAT as per SLAs.  - Engage with regulators like SEBI, EOW & Police for queries & updates on investor complaints  - To recommend & initiate process improvements/system developments  - Monitor the functioning of each stage of investor complaint redressal process  - Provide guidance to team in dealing with complex investor complaints  - Ensure effective controls for timely action or escalation to HOD  - Review & monitor MIS to regulators & management  - Oversee, monitor and ensure smooth functioning and adherence to TAT as per SLAs from receipt of arbitration application to implementation of Arbitration award  - Assist the AM in co-ordinating with the legal department for their inputs in drafting the reply, if needed.
