Manager - International Banking (3-10 yrs)
Client: Large private bank
Group: International Banking
Role: Manager, Borrowings (Foreign Currency)
Grade: Sr Manager
Location: Mumbai
Purpose of the Job: Fund-raising in wholesale foreign currency markets through loans, bonds, etc. for the Bank.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the entire fund-raising transaction through the entire process from origination till closure. Products could include loans (bilateral / club/ syndication), bonds (in USD / alternate currency), commercial paper, certificate of deposits, etc.
- Required to track relevant market indices/indicators, deals/issuances by comparable issuers and other relevant market / regulatory developments
- Ensure most efficient execution of the deal, through co-ordination with various internal (including legal, compliance and finance) and external teams
Candidate Profile and Skills:
- CA/ MBA (Finance) with 3-10 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of international markets, rates and swaps
- Excellent in analytical, communication, interaction and presentation skills
- Knowledge/use of Bloomberg is desirable
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
