Essential Responsibilities:	  - Assist in implementing and sustaining internal communication programs as per the agreed annual calendar   - Be the custodian of various internal communications platforms like weekly newsletter, SBI Card Chronicle, Town Hall, Leaders' Meet, Colab and Support Central platforms and the proposed employee newsletter.   - Building on existing networks and developing additional framework wherever required  - Conduct quarterly audits to gauge efficacy of the internal communications program  - Developing regular feedback channels to promote cross communication and ensure that messages are being delivered in a consistent and timely manner.   - Monitoring the results of the feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communication interventions  - Maintaining links + Coordination with internal functions and external agencies for various communication requirements  Qualifications/Requirements:	  - A Master's / Bachelor's degree with 5-6 yrs. of relevant experience is required. Major in Communication, Mass Communication or Journalism will be an added advantage. Prior experience of working on Internal Communication projects  Desired Characteristics:  - High professional & work ethic standards  - Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff  - Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust, building relationships rapidly with the various functions and external agencies.  - Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.  - Possess good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.   - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite of applications.
