Job opening for Manager - Internal Communication

We have an urgent requirement with one of our client i.e. one of the Big4's

They are looking for Manager - Internal Communication to be based out in Bangalore.

Job summary :

- Define communications team processes for seamless workflow

- Focus on building internal system that will help in providing exceptional client service

-Strengthen the use of existing work inflow tools that will help in prioritizing jobs

- Track jobs done by the Communications team

- Prepare reports around communications interventions for the stakeholders

- Collaborate with talent team in identifying the trainings that will suit the communications team requirements

- Point of contact for the BCS team

- Manage designer job allocation

Experience required :

- A minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience

Education :

- Graduate. Professional or higher qualifications in Marketing, PR, Internal Communication or Corporate Communications desirable

Skills:

- Strong understanding of business

- Experience in developing communications team process and procedures

- Ability to analyse data

- Should have the knowledge of Excel
