Internal Audit - Housing Finance - Mumbai  Title: Manager - Internal Audit  Reporting to: General Manager  Vertical: Housing Finance / SME  Location: BKC, Kurla.  Responsibilities:  1. Plan, undertake and manage Onsite audits at locations, Offsite audits at HO functions, special reviews, and investigations.  2. Assist seniors in Enterprise Risk Management.  3. Obtain in-depth knowledge of business processes, inherent/general/specific business.  4. Manage the identification and evaluation of the organization's risk areas and provide a major input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan.  5. Preparation and updating of risk-based audit programs.  6. Assists superiors in planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of outsourced internal audit operations.  7. Finalization of the scope of work with the Management.  8. Determination of appropriate audit methodology including sampling technique.  9. Ensuring Quality and timeliness of audit execution, deliverables, and presentation.  10. Discussion and Closure of audit deliverables and reports with the Management.  11. Manage maintenance of the working papers for the whole audit.  12. Handle all compliance related work till the final report is issued after approval of action plans and time lines.  Ideal Applicant:  Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 - 7 years of experience in the Internal Audit function.  Product Exposure: Housing Finance / Home Loans / SME Finance.
