Looking for CA or MBA with min 5 years of experience.   - Must be in an Internal Audit role with a Bank or an HFC/NBFC or with a professional services firm carrying out internal audit for BFSI firms   - Must have handled internal audit of retail sales & operations setups including branches across India   - Must be willing to travel outside Mumbai for at least 15 days in a month   Description :  - Work towards implementation of an internal risk based audit strategy and annual plan primarily aimed at People, Process, Technology, Infrastructure Risk.   - Conduct audits to assess controls, operational and technical efficiency and compliance with selected policies, procedures and regulations.   - Identify instances of over and under control and provide management with a clear articulation of residual risks where existing controls are inadequate.   - Prepare and present accurate internal audit reports   - Report on internal control issues and the implementation of the internal audit plan to senior management
