- Execution of Audit Plans and Reporting

- Presentation of Audit Findings & identification of Best Practices in Internal Control

- Follow Up of Audit Recommendations for implementation

- Investigation and facilitation for Prevention of Frauds

- Compliance with CSG Audit Methodology

- Use of IDEA (in-house auditing tool), process flow chart & automated system controls

- Participation in knowledge forums and workshops

Key Points:

- Performing Internal Audits for the entire group.

- Leading the audits in the areas of Compliance review, Indirect taxation, Process review.

- Handling other Audit Assignments.

- Pre-audit preparation and communication with the auditees.

- Lead audit assignments (Process reviews and CSAR - Compliance Statement Audit Review) at plant site /
companies and ensure timely execution.

- Present audit findings to plant head or concerned HOD.

- Issue of audit reports.

- Identify areas of improvement and suggest measures to strengthen the control systems (consult other functions across group companies to explore feasibility of the action plan suggested).

- Assist auditees in the implementation of the action plan, by means of internal and external benchmarking (sharing the best practices followed either in group companies or outside entities).

- Ensure compliance of CSG Audit Methodology.

- Requires frequent travelling to Plants and Locations

Education: Must be CA Qualified (2006 to 2010 Batch)
