We are on Look out for Qualified CAs/MBAs working with leading Global Consulting/BPOs/KPOs/LPOs or MNCs with excellent team management & people management skills for an excellent career and leadership opportunity.
Job Role:
- Responsible for delivering various solution offerings like internal audits, process improvement reviews, enterprise risk management, forensics, etc. for clients
- Supervise teams of multi-location professionals.
- Manage quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time.
- Build and maintain client relation by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverable s.
- Identify opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
- Chartered Accountant/MBA from a reputed institute CA/MBA MAY 2006 to Nov-08 Passouts
- Post qualification 6-8 years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs
- Must have team-oriented environment experience as well as independently
- Must have creatively and analytically in a problem-solving experience
- Must have ability to multi-task projects
- Excellent project management and client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven Business Development skills
