- Integrate the existing trademark portfolio by following up on prosecution of files, contesting.

- Conduct an IP audit of the company to identify unprotected IP assets and protect the same.

- Follow up on international trademark filings, identify key markets, make applications for protection of identified brands in key markets, create a network of attorneys to service international IP portfolio.

- Create a process for protection of designs, devise offensive and defensive strategy for existing design portfolio.

- Collaborate with marketing and R&D team to ensure protection of all IP rights in new product development.

- Develop a strategy and engage service providers to effectively counter lookalikes, counterfeits in India and global markets.
