Manager - Intellectual Property

We have an opportunity with a legal process outsourcing services in Noida Location for Manager - Intellectual Property.

The primary responsibilities include:

- Strong experience in handling IP projects such as patent search & analytics and/or patent prosecution (patent application drafting, preparing response to office action), patent monitozation.

- Responsible for project planning and successful execution.

- Maintain fairly interactive and mature relationships with clients.

- Work in sync with Associate Director/Director - IP to manage staffing and operation related issues within teams (projects and engagements).

- Innovates and Improves upon professional management protocols and processes.

Preferred profile :

Must have patent searches/analytics experience of 5 - 8 years with a LPO/law firm/corporate.

B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./ Mechanical (Preference would be given to IITs and Tier 1 engineering college).

Ability to conduct training on patent projects, patent laws etc.

Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Should be an effective team player.
