Manager - Integrated Project - Appliances Manufacturer (6-12 yrs)

Our Client, a Top Appliances Manufacturer in Chennai is looking for Manager- Integrated Projects

Looking for :

- Project Manager with PMP certification and experience managing NPI projects from concept to launch.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing projects

- Experience in managing multiple teams

- Experience in interaction with heads of different departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales etc

Experience : 6 -12 years.

Education : BE / B.Tech (Electrical, mechanical, electronics and related field), PMP certification preferred

Role responsibilities :

End-to-End managing of a project to develop a product, technology, system and solutions.

- Is responsible to organise the resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes.

- Defines the risks of the project (f.e. specs, costs, planning, etcetera) and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.

- Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organisationally (where necessary, directs sub-Project Leaders).

- Is responsible for implementation and realisation according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, money, information) and organisation.

- Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to senior management and to the project members.

- Reports on employees performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal.

- Prepares and implements reuse projects or single discipline sub-projects, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing.

- Manage Projects as defined in Program Descriptions

- Identify out of scope conditions or requests that would cause delay in the product introduction or impact quality or cost of the delivered product. Identify risks, develop and implement mitigation plans and recovery plans as required for off-schedule or unanticipated issues.

- Ability to lead a team and to remain productive and focused in a fast paced, evolving and highly collaborative environment
