Are you some one with?  - 6 -10 years of experience in insurance broking in the operations / finance areas  - Managed a group of 15  - Working in global environment  - Knowledge of accounting and experience in IBA accounting function  - Lean, Six Sigma, CII, III certification, MBA  Would you be interested for a role where your responsibilities will be:  - Work in conjunction with the London IBA team and business teams and have end to end ownership and responsibility of client / underwriter accounts managed out of India.  - Manage flow of funds between clients & insurer in a timely manner by effectively maintaining relationship with client/insurer, business units and UK stakeholders  - Governance of the reconciliation process, monitoring and maintaining unmatched cash, premiums payable & receivable and drive process improvements.  - Manage all processes related to debt collection, statement generation, outward credit control and cash management  - Create and maintain relationship with key insurers and clients to understand their needs and hence provide for smooth functioning of processes  - Efficiently manage migration of new work from stakeholders to ensure standardization of work processes and manage quality of deliveries to the client’s satisfaction  - Responsible for creating and implementing people development strategies for team for current and future skill requirements of the team  If you believe this role adds value to your career, please apply and we will come back to you on your cellphone.
