Manager - Industrial Relations - Manufacturing

We have been retained by a large Manufacturing company for hiring IR Manager for their factory based out of Taloja, Daman & other locations.

Candidate is expected to travel to their other factories based out of Daman, Kalva and other locations possibly at regular intervals.

Experience & Understanding of handling Industrial Relations having multiple sites in a manufacturing company, preferably chemical industry.

Experience in Handling Contractors & Contract management including Mathadi contractor

Basic exposure of wage settlement & negotiations. Being active member of minimum one wage negotiation or supporting management team to the wage negotiation.

Experience in conducting Domestic Enquiry. End to End process including disciplinary actions

Exposure to court proceedings and basic functioning of the court and the legal cases in labour courts & Labour Commissioner Office

Exposure & Experience of attending government offices relating to ESI/PF/Conciliation & Arbitration proceedings & government affairs.
