One of our clients, A leading Real Estate Consulting organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager - Industrial Consulting  Basic Job Purpose:  The Industrial Advisory Group is a specialized advisory practice that undertakes assignments focused towards Industrial & Economic Real Estate advisory across a broad spectrum of emerging market geographies such as Indian Subcontinent, South Asia, Middle East & Africa, East Europe, South America, etc.   Typical portfolio of services include:  - Business Plan formulations  - Financial Viability Analyses, Market Analyses, Entry Strategies, etc.  - Economic and Industrial positioning/repositioning  - Economic and Industrial development strategies  - Marketing Strategies, Investor Search exercises, etc.  Education & Experience:  - MBA/ Masters in Economics/Commerce/Statistics, Planning etc. preferred  - 3-5 years of work experience in Consulting/Advisory services in the field of Industrial Consulting, Strategic Consulting, Economic Feasibility, Industrial Real Estate Consulting, etc.   - Experience in undertaking international consulting assignments across emerging markets will be preferred  - Candidates would be hired as General Manager/ Associate Director depending on profile, years of experience and competence   - Excellent communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and sound knowledge of financial modeling  - Ability to cultivate new clients and manage existing ones across the private and public sectors  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
