Manager - Indirect Taxation - Energy Sector

We are hiring for our client in Energy Sector, please find below the JD.

Job Details

Ensuring GST Implementation, statutory compliance and mitigate litigations in Indirect Taxation Energy Sector.

GST preparedness and implementation and migration of all existing energy companies to GST Regime and identify existing processes in the business and align it with GST regime.

Coordinate with team and consultants for changes in the IT system, SAP, reports for the compliances, changes in formats for PO, Sakes/Service Invoices, and Challan formats, regular update to teams towards changes

Advise- Project / Plant team & contractors on Indirect Tax matters for structuring the contracts, will minimize the tax burden on the project.

Ensue all statutory compliances with in time, includes payment of taxes & duties & filling of the returns, monitors the completeness & correction of the data in returns ( GST, VAT, Service tax, &Excise ) audit, statutory forms etc.

Support in the litigation matters, filling of the submissions, prepare reply to notices, Service Tax Audit, Vat audit & assessment and refunds

Arrange customs & port clearance on imported goods (except coal imports) for timely available at project site/plant.

Salary Offered : 12-14 LPA
