- Representation to the government for budgetary changes in the indirect taxation to bring more transparency and clarity to tax laws.

- Work along with leading indirect tax experts & an active participant making presentations on various indirect tax topics in many indirect tax forums.

- Maintained cordial relation with Dept officials, Tax professionals & consultants.

- Interact with other dept within company and resolve documentation issues.

- Classification of company products under excise, VAT, customs laws for tax rates.

- Handled many excise & service tax audits & yearend statutory audits.

- Presented budget amendments & conducted training programs on tax laws to other departments

- Fully versed with indirect tax laws and latest amendments in indirect taxation.
