Currently we are looking for "India Sales Manager - Air Pouch" for one of our Leading client.  Client :  Our Client is committed to designing and manufacturing the highest quality bag packaging systems (Machines) and bagging materials, while supporting customers with exceptional customer service.  Today, Our Client is a global packaging supplier, with sales, service, and distribution offices located worldwide. Their team of technical field service engineers is the largest in the bag packaging industry and backed by a parts and service organization that includes dedicated technical phone support, bagger machine repair, custom engineering and system integration services.   Role  To support the Client Organizations India expansion of AirPouch platforms by developing, managing, supporting and driving local sales channels in India.   Reporting to: GM - National Sales  Job Responsibilities:  - Prospecting Sales: Make cold and lead based sales calls. Develop the value added approach in regional sales force to Tier 1 customers. Focus on larger customer, large & medium market growth. Develop Tier 2 customer/local customer base as the model fits with our value based strategy. Needs to have a pure hunter mentality.  - Marketing Plan/Focus: Develop and establish markets of emphasis for AirPouch product lines at the country level. Primary focus on multinationals, small to mid-level customers where pricing is more lucrative. Later focus on Tier 1 local companies in the same business sectors (Logistics, .Com, Retail. Cosmetics, OEM etc). Help establish business for APS platforms.  - Work with cross-functional teams and distributors to ensure all business (quotations, orders, forecasts, inventory planning, and reporting) is done in a timely manner and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes day to day information gathering and sharing  - Increase sales by working as a cross-functional team with the service manager. Show our value in terms of sales and service support. Establish sales of parts and service where appropriate.  - Recommend trade shows and develop marketing strategies for individual trade shows between APS Corp and KAPS. Ensure the correct use of all trade names and APS graphics within the India in accordance with corporate guidelines.  - Managing/Training: Work closely with our distribution partners and end user on training sales personnel on various machines and materials offered with the AirPouch product lines. Ensure they are kept up to date with all the latest developments and performance upgrades. Manage the sales process and evaluate sales talent of distribution partners.
