Job Title : Big four - Identity & Access Management (Manager)
- B. Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or related fields
- 8-11 years of more then one IAM product suite implementation experience
- SME in provisioning / access management / RBAC / IAM Strategy
- Experience in pre-sales activities including proposals, POCs, POVs, client presentations etc.,
Core Skills :
Strong business communication skills (written & verbal) :
- Subject matter specialist in multiple security and privacy domains including IAM
- SME in IAM functional and technical areas with experience in at least 2 IAM product suites
- Substantial experience in architecting solutions in IAM domain and relationship with other S&P offerings
- People and team management experience in onsite / offshore delivery models
- Ability to define the business & technical scope of a project and independently lead delivery teams to deliver to scope
- Contribute to risks, controls and quality management processes / framework development
- Knowledgeable about IAM market trends, new product suites etc.
- Understanding of IAM service offerings and practice management
- Detailed understanding of post production support processes
- Demonstrates knowledge of one or more industry or functional area
- Demonstrates ability to write technical reports and develop and deliver presentations
Additional Skills :
- Demonstrates knowledge of one or more industry or functional area
- Demonstrates ability to write/ review technical reports; and develop/ deliver presentations
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, firm products and service lines
Certifications :
Same as DM; additionally CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, etc.
- Manages security and privacy projects, guides the team on a day-to-day basis and ensures that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Manages multiple IAM projects - escalation point for engagement delivery issues
- Demonstrates understanding of complex business and information technology management processes
- Interacts with clients, managers and partners to build and nurture strong relationships
- Tailors firm tools and methodologies as per client requirements
- Evaluates, counsels, mentors and provides feedback on performance of others
- Assist in retention of people and lead training efforts
- Manages day-to-day client relationships at appropriate senior management levels
- Contributes to sales process by participating and/or leading proposal development efforts to sell "add-on" work to client
- Identifies opportunities for cross selling across service lines
- Play substantive/lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, firm products and service lines
