Manager - Human Resources - IT (10-14 yrs)
Job Description:
1) Partner with and counsel the top management in terms of HR related issues, policies and decisions.
2) Alignment of the People Strategy with the overall Business and Organization Strategy.
3) Plan, develop and implement strategy for Man Management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues).
4) Performance Management, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.
5) Development of Career and Succession Planning
6) Leadership Development, creating and nurturing a learning culture.
7) Retention strategy, Mentoring intervention
8) Identifies, analyzes, develops, and implements training and organizational development programs.
9) Contribute to keep Organisation a great place to work by continuously improving the work environment and culture; Drive recognition & appreciation culture.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
1) Should be PG in HR from an Institute of repute and having 10-14 yrs of hands on in Business HR from a Tier 1 IT Companies.
2) Should have handled manpower strength of 3000+
3) Should have proven track record
4) Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
