Objective:   - Build culture based on strong values, aid in formation of robust systems and procedure; enforce discipline and transparency in all the organizational process within Corporate guidelines and statutory norms with the objectives of making the company a great place to work.  Principal Accountabilities:  Employee welfare & Employee Relations activities to motivate employees and build employee commitment:   - Co-ordinate informal Get-togethers, Meetings, Development Programs and other Employees Welfare activities time to time  - Address issues and concerns  - Handle grievances - Proactively know issues and pulse of people  - Employee Engagement  Operations to build capabilities and rewards employees:  - Recruitment / Manpower Planning  - Performance and Compensation Management to Reward Associates.  - Coordinating with Functional Heads in Identifying Training needs for all plant associates  - Ensure preparation and implementation of training calendar   - Supervise Front Office & Time Office Functions	  External Liaison to build image of the company:  - Liaise with District Authorities, Government Agencies, Legal bodies and neighboring plants/village bodies.	  - Statutory Compliance to follow laws of land and avoid legal damage.  - Supervise timely filing of Returns/ Renewal of Certificates  - Supervise completeness of all Registers - compliance with statutory rules and regulations	  Planning and budgeting to exercise control and reduce cost:  - Develop departmental budget.  - Monitor plant overheads including Canteen, house keeping, salary and wages for shop floor associates.  - Supervise timely renewal of all Contracts/Agreements.	 	 Team development to motivate employees and ensure common platform for HR & Other Teams:   - Co-ordinate internal department meeting  - Share information  - Develop plan for resolving issues and Concerns of employees	  Desired Candidate Profile:  - Full Time MBA from Premier institute - batches - 2006 - 2004  - Pleasing personality  - A go-getter, assertive and will to win.  - Should be a generalist profile.
