Human Resource Manager (10-18 yrs)  Our client is a leading FMCG Industry player having team of 1000+. They are on path of growth and expansion in PAN India. Currently looking for Senior Human Resource Manager to join their team as soon as possible.   Key Responsibilities :  - Design, implement and support various HR programs, processes, policies for the account and partner with managers employees to meet business goals. Build HR solutions and ensure roll out as per plan   - Ensure adherence to legal / statutory norms with respect to labour laws / factory / Labour acts and practices prevalent in India   - Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the - right- talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time.   - Work closely with HODs, GMs, Directors and HR team to drive people processes like performance Improvement and management, career progression   - Drive Attrition discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets   - Develop key matrix and statistics to report to Board on monthly basis   - Skill mapping and developing various training programs from gap analysis   - Facilitate and drive leadership connect through 1-on-1, 1 to many connects. Work with managers to circle back actions taken on the feedback   - Administer and manage the quarterly Rewards & Recognition program in the unit   - Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an on-going basis.   - Ensure consistent implementation of decisions.   - Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.   - Transform our Recruitment and Induction process to result in improved retention rate  - Manage and lead and develop a team of 4 HR staff   - Ensure necessary Administrative Support - General Administration and Housekeeping   Key Attributes :   - Must have atleast 10 years of experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry with strong experience in designing and deploying HR strategy for the business  - MBA in HR from one of the top management school is required  - Must be able to exercise sound judgment and initiate action where relevant   - Ability to plan, organize and deliver within very tight time constraints and deadlines   - Must be a problem solver and facilitation skills   - Proficient in MS Office specially Excel   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Develop and implement Human Capital Strategy aligned to aggregate business strategy   - Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances   - Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders   - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through   - Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills   - Fluency in Gujarati (speaking and writing both)  Whats on offer :   - Competitive Salary   - Various performance based bonus structure  - World class training on Mindset and people development   - Great career path and future ahead  - Fast growing company with family environment
