Manager - Human Resource - Silicone Composite Insulators Manufacturer (5-10 yrs)
Our client is a one of the pioneers in the manufacture of Silicone Composite insulators with over 50 years of reputation with them. The company has over large number employees and the client is looking for dynamic HR Managers with bit of IR experience as well to be stationed in Hyderabad.
We are looking for a candidate who can handle independently all the HR functions and directly reporting to the MD,
A candidate who has good communication skills and with manufacturing experience.
- This candidate should serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- He should administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Monitor human resource performance and efficiency.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
