Description Responsibilities:  Workforce Planning:  - Work with Shared Service Manager to finalize headcount with ramp up plans and required capabilities  - Maintain adequate control as per headcount plan and anticipate the needs based on business plan, attrition, market trends etc.  Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction:  - Plan and execute the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements.   - Guide, facilitate and execute hiring using online portals and other channels to recruit.   - Provide support to the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process.   - Oversee the pre- and post-recruitment formalities.   - Design and facilitate induction / orientation programmes.  Performance Management:  - Implement Performance Appraisal Process in line with FPIG policy and process.  - Ensure all the confirmations and annual appraisals are completed on time and as per process.  - Facilitate setting the SMART and effective individual and team goals, periodic performance reviews, feedback and performance coaching across the organization.  - Manage performance through regular feedback, coaching and providing appropriate Rewards and Recognition  Training and Development:  - Conduct training needs analyses; identify and inform employees of opportunities for development;  - Interface with FPI Group HR and external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate.  - Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.  Compensation & Benefits:  - Develop Compensation Strategy, Salary Grades and Salary Structure with advice from FPI Group HR   - Gather all necessary market data to benchmark salaries and benefits.  - Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.  - Maintain Data Confidentiality of employees salaries and benefits  Employee Engagement:  - Develop Employee Engagement Strategy and Plan with focused initiatives and implement in collaboration with line managers  - Conduct periodic surveys to assess the employee engagement levels, develop and implement action plan based on feedback from employees  HR Policies and Processes:  - Design and develop HR policies and practices in alignment with FPI Group HR and within the legal and regulatory framework.   - Adopt best practices followed by progressive ITES / BPO / KPO / Service Organizations.  - Ensure fair, transparent and consistent implementation of HR Policies and Processes  HR Operations:  - Ensure employee data is maintained up to date and personal files are maintained with all the relevant records  - Manage all HR operations activities such as payroll, benefits, statutory compliance etc  Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other teams in the SSC and virtual teams in different countries, managing cross cultural issues and keeping a good relationship with them.  Customer Management:  - Work collaboratively with Business Stakeholders of different countries to plan and deliver timely, cost effective and quality service.  - Provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions.  SPAN OF COMMUNICATION:  Internal: Operations Associates, Process Experts, Operations Managers, Shared Service Manager  External: Business Stakeholders, Group HR, Statutory authorities  JOB RELEVANT INFORMATION (BOUNDARIES & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY):  - Scope of the role: SSC wide processes and functions   - Functional Alignment: Aligned with FPI Group HR and administratively managed by Shared Service Manager   QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:  Work Experience : 5 - 8 years of experience in Shared Services for a Global Company  Industry Experience: HR Management in Financial / KPOs / BPOs industry experience preferred  Education: MBA / Master's Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent   Licensing / Certification: No specific Licensing / Certification required  Language : English  - Project Management: Basic level experience in Project Management desirable  - Change Management: Experience in bringing process, systems / technology changes essential  - Customer Management : Ability to manage Group Business Leaders and Managers; Experience in handling diverse stakeholders with Cross-Cultural Sensitivity  - Vendor Management : Experience in managing vendors, suppliers and contractors will be an advantage
