Position Name : Manager - Human Resources

Brief Role :

- Should be a self starter and have ability to manage the HR team of 10 employees.

- Knowledge of ESIC, PF, Bonus, Leave Wages and Minimum Wages Act.

- HR Policy Preparation.

- Leave Approval

- Recruitment of staff at Branches and at Head Office.

- Overlooking patrolling operations and inputs to ERP Implementation team.

Salary offered: 8-10 LPA
