- Candidate should have experience in managing unions & labour laws,IR skill very effectively along with HR Generalist & thorough Exp on SAP.

Designation : Manager HR

Profile :

Industrial Relations & Personnel Management :

- Managing various external agencies and Govt. Authorities for all issues pertaining to conciliation matter, and other correspondences

- Managing relation with Advocate for court cases individually

- Managing & Attending the Conciliation Matters

- Focusing on disciplinary action related to various misconduct under Standing Orders Act - issue of show cause,charge sheet and domestic inquiry and subsequent disciplinary action on delinquent Workmen.

- Liasioning with all levels of Labour departments (GLO, ALC,DLC), Police Department, Local Authorities like Mamlatdar, TDO, Local Leaders.

- Managing Grievance & handling issues related to various employees.

- Filing the summary suit against the Recovery Cases

- Managing Strikes, Lay-off & Retrenchments

Statutory compliance in respect to Labour Laws

- Factories Act (Gujarat Rules)

- Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

- Employment Exchange (CNV) Act, 1959,

- Industrial Agreement Act

- The Gujarat Physically Handicapped Persons (Employment in Factories) Act, 1982

- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition Act, 1970), The Gujarat Labour Welfare Fund (Bombay Labour Welfare Fund, 1953)

- Employee State Insurance Act,1948 & Workmen Compensation Act, 1923

- Statutory Compliance related to Labour Laws

Contract Labour Management :

- Managing Manpower Availability of labours

- Managing Analysis of Daily Secondary Manpower Reports

- Managing Effective utilization of Secondary Manpower.

- Focusing to reduce the cost of secondary manpower by reducing Manpower.

- Managing the Penalty to contractors in case of any deviation

- Managing Contractors Agreements

- Wages Negotiations

- Union Agreements
