Manager - Human Resource - Pharma

Position : Manager-HR (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role :

- The position is at a Leading MNC Pharma Company

- Will work on Corporate HR functions

- Will work as an HR Business Partner as well as on HR Projects in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Management & OD, HR Analytics and Compensation & Benefits

- Would work closely and report into the Director and Head-Business HR

Requirement :

- MBA (HR)

- 5-9 yrs of experience as an HR business partner / in HR COE roles in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Management & OD, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits

- Shoud have worked in the Pharma/ FMCG/ Consumer Goods Industries, preferably in an MNC or a process oriented company

- Should have handled various areas of HR including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, OD etc.
