Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing - IIM/XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis (4-10 yrs)

Designation : Manager (HR)

Location : Delhi ( Bahadurgarh)

Job Purpose :

- The position is responsible for key Functions of Human Resources Management that include ensuring attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees, while also assisting in the issues such as leadership and new culture development.

Responsibility :

- Developing systems for ensuring above indicated processes,(attraction, selection, training, assessment, rewarding, assisting in development of leadership and new culture).

- Developing communication systems / programmes for ensuring two way communication.

- Developing a culture of supporting and encouraging innovations

- Implementing appropriate HRD policies and systems to attract, motivate and retain employees for superior performance

- Prepare JD's of other positions and review at regular interval

- Taking full responsibility of recruitment, selection and training of the new employees

- Ensure timely and effectively completion of PMS at the beginning of the year and ensure reviews mid-year and final year.

- Intervening at various stages to ensure the involvement of Human Resource to achieve Company's as per Business plan

- Developing and monitoring implementation of competency based training programmes

- Ensuring regular diagnosis and implementation of appropriate action plans for organization effectiveness

- Work on managerial compensation and reward systems

Job Requirements :

Professional Qualifications Skills & Knowledge Competencies :

- Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources

- Management subject passed out from any IIM or from any top management institutions only such as Jamnalal Bajaj, St. Xavier- s, Symbiosis, etc.

- Diploma in ISTD will be an advantage

- Minimum 5 years of years of experience in HRD functions.

- Should have implemented Performance Management system in a company independently and involved in T&D function.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication (both oral and written) Skills

Salary range : 8 - 16 LPA
