Manage the end to end employee life cycle for a leading manufacturing organization
Our client is one of the top manufacturing firm with a history of 30 plus years in the Indian market, also having operations in US. They are a known name in their Industry in the manufacturing space & have seen exponential growth in the recent years. Looking to scale up their operations in India & abroad, they are willing to hire Human Resources manager, based out of their office in Gurgaon
Reporting into the HR Head, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute the end to end Human Resources operations for the entire business across all levels
- Working closely with top leadership and business stakeholders to analyse the needs of the Business
- Accomplish the compliances in time across Talent Management, L&D, TA, Performance management system teams, induction, on boarding till exit formalities etc.)
- Develop and oversee innovative strategies across Human Resources to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Design and implement employer branding interventions and ensure the right Organisation Design for the business establishing right structure with reporting and span of control defined
- Handling hire to retire life cycle for all employees and ensure adequate career development opportunities for them
Successful Candidate :
- As a successful candidate you should have strict 8-12 years of significant experience in handling and executing end to end Human Resources operations
- Should have set up HR and hiring for support functions from scratch
- You should have strong and deep understanding of implementing HR operations in a manufacturing set up
- Industry Ignostic
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management along with team leadership skills are a must
- Should be open to travel
- Should be able to take initiatives and be strong at execution
