Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

For a Manufacturing client of ours we are looking for a Manager - HR at their Head Office in Hyderabad.

- Ideal candidate would be a MBA with HR specialization from a reputed University with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in core HR in a manufacturing environment.

- The position reports to AGM - HR and the person has to assist him in drafting of HR policies as well as implementing the same.

- Apart from this s/he should handle Training and Development, Performance Appraisal and Recruitment (not big numbers!).

- Would be responsible for the HR activities of 5 plants of the company at various locations.
