An established Multinational company ( German) is looking for dynamic HR professional.
- The job holder shall provide human resource partnership to employees across the country & shall ensure smooth operations of HR functions like - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Reward & Recognition programs.
- The job holder shall be required to transition into a client facing role in Business Development, Marketing etc after 2 years of handling HR portfolio, as the organisation believes in Job Rotation for Career Enrichment and Engagement.
Needed Qualities are :
1. Self motivation and deadline driven
2. Goal oriented
3. Willing to work outside the comfort zone and open to travel to spend time with project staff at sites
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Willing to evaluate the opportunities in cross-functional domains like business development/sales/mktg etc
Current experience as HRBP & B.E( preferable) + MBA is mandatory. The role is open for only female candidates.
Salary Offered: 5 - 7 LPA
