About our Client: Our client is multinational privately-owned company in manufacturing industry. An opportunity now exists for an experienced human resources professional of the highest caliber to join their team.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Head HR Asia-PAC Region you will be responsible for managing and developing the entire HR function across the manufacturing plant in Manesar.

- You be responsible for a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR process re engineering as well as assisting with the development of staff through offering sound generalist HR advice in line with business goals and needs.

- To succeed in this role, you will work closely and effectively with senior management and act as a true business partner to provide strategic counsel to key stakeholders in the business.

The Successful Candidate:

- Degree(MBA) qualified, you will have at least 10+ years of HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must. It is essential that you are a dynamic, mature and a confident professional and have a background of working in a progressive environment where human resource management has had a positive impact.
