- 6-10 yrs Experience as part of consulting / internal change teams desirable.
Exposure to any/all of : Finance operations, Procurement, HR, SCM business cases, finance strategy, shared services strategy, finance bench-marking, finance transformation, financial modeling
Qualifications :
- Should be an Engineer-MBA. MBA from a Tier 1 B School. CA/CFA
Preferred Target Companies : Management consulting companies - Big Four, Accenture, Genpact or equivalent.
- Candidate will get involved in Business development/Proposal making/project delivery activities for business consulting in the west region.
- Should have experience with Finance Transformation projects
- Should have experience with Shared Service projects on Design, Implementation and Transition
- Should have managed team and deliver projects.
- Ability to independently take client issues & develop solution themes based on original thinking.
