About Our Client :

An Integrated Logistics Solutions company funded by global private equity fund and led by industry veteran having over 20 yrs of experience in logistics and Supply Chain industry.

- The company would provide integrated logistics solutions that will include multi-user modern warehousing, primary and secondary distribution, e-fulfilment and cold storage. The solutions will help customers realign their supply chain networks and unlock value, especially following the implementation of GST.

- It aims be a leading player in $130 billion Indian logistics and warehousing industry, which is rapidly transforming and growing whilst also offering a number of consolidation opportunities.

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA in HR preferably from top Indian business school (XLRI/SCMHRD/ IIM'S)

- 4 to 7 Years of HR Experience

- Experience in heading HR Operations for Ecommerce/Startup or Logistics firm would be an add on

Key Responsibilities :

- The HR Manager is required to assist and advise the management team on how to strategically manage people as business resources.

- This includes managing recruiting and hiring employees, coordinating employee benefits and suggesting employee training and development strategies.

- Responsible for the management of the Human Resources function

- Develop, implement, and align HR programs with business objectives and core values, serving as a strategic partner of the leadership team while building and supporting employees in their day-to-day HR needs

- Partner with leadership team to implement and support HR policies, practices and programs including employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefits, and training

- Develop and implement HR plan including manpower planning, attracting and retaining talent, performance management, training and development, individual development planning for management employees in order to support the business objectives.

- Implement and monitor deployment of the corporate HR processes and system (Payroll, PMS, Reward and Recognition, ESS, etc.)

- Monitor compliance of different legal matters, acquire certification from concerned bodies, liaison with concerned authorities and represent company in various forums in order to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
