Manager - Human Resource - Internet/Online (3-5 yrs)

Scope :

- Take care of all the hiring requirements in the company.

- Provide a conducive environment for all the employees such that they give their best while enjoying they their work.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Hire great talent at all positions.

- Maintain a pipeline of candidates and manage the hiring process

- Managing the talent acquisition of the company

- Managing the payroll and handling employee grievances

- Formulate and implement effective employee benefits and policies - leaves, attendance, reimbursement, review and payments

- Plan and run the employee incentive schemes

- Conduct review and feedback meetings with the employees

- Plan and implement career growth opportunities for employees. Make sure all employees have complete visibility of the growth/ promotion policies

- Constantly strive to improve productivity of the team
