We are looking for HR manager for one of our client based in Bangalore.
- Should know local language. (Preferred but not mandatory).
- The role is reporting directly to the Zonal HR Head.
- To implement revised processes of HR Operations delivery to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency
- Capability building and Talent Management for career progression through structured interventions
- Structured diagnosis of organization health and implement strategies in alignment to employer value proposition
- Develop Zonal annual operating plan
- Develop team capabilities and create alignment with the Zonal HR expectations
Job Purpose :
Operations & Employee Engagements : To plan & ensure adherence to the Manpower Budget by optimal utilization of cost & count to deliver maximum productivity per employee, to train, coach & monitor the HR personnel on various HRIS management, processes, policies & ensure its effective implementation, To plan & ensure employee connect through various cost effective activities & deliver employee satisfaction at all levels.
Learning & Development : To establish & institutionalize robust alignment to Talent & Career Management processes & delivery mechanism spanning various aspects like Training identification, Planning, Design, delivery & learning evaluation in line with the operating plan to achieve long term vision for the zone
