- Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and HR functions on all organization wide people related agenda and capability building interventions including Employee Engagement, L &OD Career progression, Talent Management, Attrition & Retention

- Content Designing- Knowledge of designing, conceptualizing, executing the Experiential Learning Session

- Learning & Development,Training Management- Training Budgeting, TNI, Training Calendar formulation, Training Delivery (Technical & Behavioural Trainings on varied subjects), Training Effectiveness & Re-training- Talent Calibration & Succession Planning, Capability Building, Design & Develop tools for training, HR Audit, Performance Management, -

- Organization Development- Executing Change Management interventions, Leading TPM-Education & Training Pillar/LDv interventions, Co-designed Line Manager Capability Building Module as an OD interventions to support the PE/PDG Discussion, lead culture Survey for the factory
