Manager - Human Resource - Financial Service Firm (3-5 yrs)

We represent a fast growing Financial Services Company which is scouting for a Manager HR

HR Operations:

- Pre-joining - Issuance of Offer letter, arranging pre-employment medical checkup and background verification, candidates- documentation

- Joining - Drive structured induction & Onboarding process

- Coordinate transfers and manage the employee mobility process

- Monthly attendance monitoring and calculation

- Leave approval and monitoring

- Providing payroll input to Finance for processing monthly payment

- Exit interviews and Exit management

- Provident Fund Handling PF withdrawal and transfer requests of employees

- Manage all regulatory filings and reporting

- Compensation & Benefits Management

- Maintain the salary structure for all designation across all locations

- Regularly review and update existing compensation framework, benefits and policies to align with changing organisational context and remain market competitive

- Handle the entire PMS process for the entire organization

HR Strategy & Planning:

- Establish and develop relationships with senior management to understand key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational changes

- Translate business and client requirements into effective HR practices

- Employee Engagement & Communication

- Improve employee communication and employee engagement

- Enhance employee experience by arranging programs / events

- Conduct webinars/town hall meetings to orient and educate employees about company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across various mission locations

- Data management & reporting

- Maintenance and regular updation of employee information

- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports, and proactively assess data, identify trends and recommend solutions

- HRMS Implementation

- Single-handedly implement the first HRMS for the function

- Put all processes and systems under one platform

Salary offered: 12 - 17 LPA
