Job Description :

Talent Acquisition (60-70% of the role) :

- Sourcing of resumes & Screening of resumes

- Briefing calls to vendors

- Scheduling of interviews post discussion with the business managers

- HR interviews & negotiations

- Documentation for offer preparation

- Preparation of recruitment tracker

- Offer approvals

- Preparation of AL docket and Appointment letter creation

- Follow up with candidate for medicals and resignation intimations

- Keep business teams informed

Performance Management activities :

- Probation closure

- Quarterly appraisal follow up and closure

- Engage with business teams to follow the processes for appraisal closure / train them on the systems and solve their queries

Employee Engagement:

- Execute national level events / regional functions, Fundamentals. Field visits with managers / ASI

- Conduct RnR and drive managers for different RnR schemes

- Implement learning and development initiatives at the region

- Field visits with managers / ASI

Skill Sets Required :

- 2 years experience talent acquisition

- Strong Excel knowledge

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Should have interacted with business teams in driving business initiatives

- 4-5 yrs of BPHR experience from a Tier 1 / 2 college

- High personal drive for execution excellence and commitment
